So, heres the deal...the colors of my wedding are black and ivory. I found a website that makes silf flower arrangments and they had an ivory bouquet with like 5 or 6 black roses in it and i thought it was really pretty. So i told my parents and my grandpartents when we were at holiday dinner and my grandfather just about had a heartattack at the idea of having black roses in my wedding arragnments...now my fiance's family thinks it's a cool...so i really dont know what to do...HELP!!!

Why not throw in red or pink roses as a flash of accent color?

in todays weddings Any thing goes. From having your party in white and you in color. To black flowers. Your family needs to get in the 21st century!

I think if you like it then have it. its not satanic if in an arrangement with other color flowers.

Instead of black roses (if they were roses) use black irises or lillies or something with ivory roses (or whatever flower) and maybe one or two dark red roses too.
