Default Going to a wedding..black tights with red shoes?
It's supposed to be chilly.. I'm wearing a black skirt with a black and white polka-dot shirt, red necklace and red shoes. Would black tights look tacky? I'm not buying anything new.

are you going to a party or a wedding? i say wear some dress pants and a nice shirt if you have it ☻♥

Yes, black tights with red shoes would look incredibly tacky. Either go bare or nude pantyhose.
