I really need to find a specific pair of shoes for my wedding...?

I am looking for an ivory heel that is 4 inches high with a one inch platform. I would like for it to have a thin strap over the tows and a strap around the ankle. The heel can be stiletto or slightly thicker. Thanks so much for your help. 10 points for someone that can actually find this shoe.
