my best friend is from India, and while she's over there for christmas vacation, she's getting me specially made white indian shoes (the ones that have sequins all over them-kind of)

she called me last night and told me, i'm excited!

I wore some really cute kitten heels, they were really heavily beaded on the front and very pretty. When I got to the reception I had to take them off though, the venue said we could not wear shoes inside because of the flooring.

My wedding is in February.. I bought shoes that have a wide heel so that I will not have to worry about whether or not I will trip. I also bought some fuzzy white slippers just incase my feet do begin to hurt!

well i am thinking about wearing blue ballet flats and they will peek out a little with my dress. i dont want heels and its a fun something blue!

Actually, everyone will see your shoes when the groom takes the garter off your leg at the wedding reception, if this is something you plan on doing.

Wear a simple white satin shoe that will match the dress, something with a low comfortable heel. By the end of the day, your feet will hurt from standing so much, so comfort is important.

I went for comfort, but still pretty. And yes, people are going to see your shoes at some point.
Mine were like $20 - a simple white slingback, flats - I'm tall already. Kicked them off for dancing, anyway!

I wore white flip flops ($2 at Walmart). No one saw my shoes because my stupid dress wouldn't bustle because the bustling hooks were broke off of it somehow, so I and everyone else just tripped over my dress and train all day and night - that's all!
