Yes, I did. Most brides wear the same dress at the reception. Some are now buying a second one to wear, but the expense is not needed.

Oh no, I wasn´t about to pay all that money for my dress for just the ceremony and then change into another expensive dress. Wear the same dress all the day!

I'm not going to be changing dresses. I've never been to a wedding were the bride changed dresses either.

We were thinking of arranging for our wedding party and friends to go to an after hours club after the reception ends. If we do that, then I'll be changing into a different dress. No way I'm going clubbing in my wedding dress. But that would be the only reason why I would change.
