ok im a lesbian so i cant really get married in my state but i want to do a reception and still get dressed up and everthing
so im thinking in about a year where should i start!!!
ive looked at some dresses for the bridesmaids i like lilac but should i have another color?
what to do for food?
i think we will have about 50people
so please any help, tips, anything thanks!!!!!!

Congratulations! A suggestion, go to home depot or lowes and go to the paint department, find the lilac paint chip then match it up to some other colors that you like, this will help you decide what will go best.
Your food selection would be based on several things, season of the wedding, time of day that your reception will be held. Will there be a theme to your reception? That would also influence your food choices as well as your decorations. Good luck.

you can always fly to canada and get a quickie marriage, and then come back for the reception. go nuts for the reception, and live it up.
