I don't know of any rules that you should take into account, but everyone I know spent around $600.00. That seems to be the norm.

That depends on which kind of service you want. Many beginning people will charge only developing fees for their photos (about $100 - $200) because they are trying to build up a good portfolio and a good reputation. If you want someone very experienced or well known, you can expect to pay $500 to $1000 and up, depending on where you live.PS. Congratulations!

anywhere from 500 dollars to over a 1000....a good photographer that is well worth the money is getting one around $700

im a party planner but in Mexico, i dont know where you live, but here in my city the average is $1000 to $1500. Dont expect anything below $900.
