if you want to make it more dressy you should wear black about two inch heels,not too high not too low. You should also get some tan tights so you are still wearing tights but they dont show up to BAM! Thats what i would do. My sister bought that dress and she is 25 she wore the exact oppiosote and black tights and tan shoes and i knew that it should have been the other way around. Np glad i could help
