Gorgeous dress!
I'd say wear nude tights or bare legs, I just don't like the idea of black opaques with that dress, not sure why.. =S
Silver strappy heels would be lovely and as for jewellery go for dangly diamond style earrings and a plain silver charm bracelet. =]
