Default Is my wedding dress too 'skimpy'?

My mother thinks it is too revealing up top and we have had quite a few fall outs over it now.

I don't have a large chest at all. I am an A / B cup, I'm 5'2'' and basically petite.
Thanks for the reassurance guys!

No, its not. Its very tasteful, still beautiful. Your mother is out to lunch! Tell her to go complain about something real.

I love the simplicity of it! I think it would be perfect for a smaller frame/chest. You want to make sure you are not popping out everywhere...then it would take it from classy to trashy. If you feel its not enough support then it is very easy to add simple straps that will hold it up. But by what you say I think it will be perfect! congrads

You're a woman, she just doesn't understand your power. Go with it.

You have to admit there isn't a whole lot to the top of the gown., and like someone else mentioned it looks like it will only cover the nips. If you are a tiny girl, in all respects, then fine, but if you are larger chested - breasts as well as 'wider' across the chest, then this may not be your best look. To give you a better idea of what I mean - if you are tiny like Nicole Richie (pre-pregnancy) then fine, if not - look for a different gown because it won't be as flattering on you as you'd like.

A dress to be used one time is just that . . . A dress that is used for one event . . . A MOTHER is forever . . . Even when she dies . . . If she does pass before you do . . . (I already lost one of my adult daughters to a brain tumor) . . . Your mother "will live forever and ever in you your heart" . . . Also, A Wedding is a wedding for sure . . . However, I wouldn't call it "the entire marriage". And then finally . . . Why? . . . Who are you trying to impress, anyway? . . .The "Best Man"??? . . . Does the Groom know? . . .

I am all for cleavage, you know, if you have read any of my other answers. I think your dress looks simply marvelous!! By the way, is that you modeling it, or is that a professional model? If that is you, then all I can say is Grrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrr!!!
