My husband passed away last year and very recently I have begun dating again. My boyfriend is divorced, but no longer wears his rings since we started dating, but used to before we did.

I have 4 children and yesterday when I was getting ready to leave for a date with him, my 12 year old, Roxi, asked me "Why do you still wear your rings if your going out with him?" I said "He knows that your Dad died." Roxi said that was stupid and I shouldn't wear them. Many of my friends have (nicely) told me this.

Should I take off my rings? I feel if I do I'm betraying my late husband. My boyfriend says he doesn't mind, but I don't know. We've been dating for three weeks and it's already getting serious.

What should I do? Rings or no rings? Please help! Thank you!

well, you are wearing that ring coz of emotional reasons. and your BF is right, you can wear it as long as you want, but do take it out the day he proposes you....
